The Menu

A menu shaped by the territory

Our menu was created by Daniel de Toro, Spanish, born and raised in Bilbao. A fourth-generation cook who grew up surrounded by stoves, trained alongside Martín Berasategui, and passed through the orbit of the Adrià brothers. With 35 years of craft and the backing of Eurotoques (the same house as Paul Bocuse and Arzak), he chose Puerto Viejo to cook what truly matters to him. What you are about to eat is no coincidence.

NÚM is open Tuesday through Sunday. Midday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and evenings from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
